I paid but the book is still Free. Stay on the return page until /book/me shows Pro or VIP. The page waits about a minute, then tells you to refresh or email support. If mail is slow, the session from Checkout is the unlock — not a pasted FT1 key.

How do I cancel? Open Billing in /book (signed in). Stripe portal cancels at period end; the book returns to Free when the store expiry lapses or the subscription is deleted. Account shows Cancels on that date. To switch Pro and VIP, use Billing — do not start a second Checkout.

What is VIP desk? Pay, copy the FT1 shown once, then email support from that address. We send the desk build. We do not publish source on this host. Redeem the FT1 in Settings. Lost the key? Signed-in VIP can remint the same key on /book/account. Take Trade never runs here. See VIP on your PC.
