If a scan fails because every symbol fetch failed, that click is refunded automatically. An empty sit list after a successful fetch is also refunded — you are not charged a click for “nothing ready.”

Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case after a chargeback review. Cancel in the billing portal to stop the next invoice. Access ends when the store expiry lapses or the subscription is revoked.
